Suggested readings

I strongly recommend the reading of " The Theravada Abhidhamma " by Y. Karundasa , it really enhance my vision and understanting about Abhidhamma ,it can be quite technical sometime , but this is what Abhidhamma is , isn' t it .

I purchased Ven. Nyanaponika Thera's "Abhidhamma Studies" and Bhikkhu Bodhi's "Abhidhammatha Sangha: A Comprehensive Manual of Abhidhamma."

I agree QUITE technical and I was not able to take all of the material in, but I found them helpful from a general perspective as well as digging into the individual books as well.
