Hi All, I'm looking for further reading outside of the syllabus. Here's two that I read last week: I found "Anger" by Thich Nhat Hanh to be a very good illustration of Buddhist Pyschotherapy in practice, especially in relation lecture #7 in the course. "A Very Short Introduction to Pyschotherapy" by Tom Burns was a gentle introduction into Western Pyschotherapy which I know very little about. best, |

Mindfulness and Psychotherapy
Hello everyone,
IBC E-Library (http://www.ibc.duckdns.org/) offers a collection of audio files, by Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh, related to Buddhist Psychotherapy. You can find it when searching for “Mindfulness and Psychotherapy” ... for those who might be interested :)
Best,
Sven
