I found the statement in the handouts for Lesson 3 that the king ordered the prince and nobles to visit Fo Tucheng every 5 days curious.
Apparently at this time a week was 10 days, so this would have been two times a week!
"When Shihu 石虎 became the king in 335 he respected Fo Tucheng much more than his uncle and thus the latter became his spiritual support. Before carrying out any act, he always sought advice from Fo Tucheng. He also ordered the prince and nobles to visit Fo Tucheng every five days."
