Venerable Wuling was born in 1946 in New York state. As a student of Venerable Master Chin Kung, she became a nun in Texas in 1997 and was ordained in Taiwan. She serves as a Vice-President of the Pure Land Learning College Association in Australia, is head of the Pure Land Translation Team, teaches at correctional centers in the US, and is the author of several books for children and adults. Venerable Wuling currently divides her time between Toowoomba in Australia and Indiana in the USA.
