This course will emphasize the educational organization as a dynamic organization; i.e., an organization undergoing changes. The course content include issues on factors causing changes in the organization; adaptability of the organization with the change involved; organization of staff following the change; reorganization of structure and the main organizational plan to help increase expertise and effective workers. In this course, the candidates will be examining cases of management of change in organization, staff assessment, rules and policies which creates the change in the educational organization. |
